Skills Training Day in IASR. This is a special occasion where we encourage children/students/ learners to acquire life skills. Life skills such as basic communication, body language, decision making, team work, leadership are continuously imparted to children. The above mentioned skills are few of the many facets of skill development in which these learners are being trained. This is done using the mediums such as games, activity, mental ability, etc.

More importantly this skill training is done along with their courses. What do they study is paramount? Equally important is the fact that they also correlate and learn. We have been accustomed to go through a course as a mere learner or receiver of content. IASR ensures that learners not only receive content or knowledge it enables them to contribute to others by way of interaction during skills training day.

“I am being part of this skills training day and it really helps me to develop my leadership skills” says Darshan Kumar, an Intermediate learner of Spoken English at IASR.

“For the first time i have learn chess and i have been learning how to move each and every chess keys during this skills training day” says Srima, a 11th grade studetn who takes up Account subject course with IASR.
