Course Description:

Intermediate English and Skills Training (IEST) is a spoken English course offered at IASR, a Specialised Academy of Skills Development and Research. Graduate level youngsters need a certain skill sets which are both of subject knowledge and language proficiency. In short, they are expected to exhibit a certain skill sets without which the survival of the profession is at danger.

IEST is a novel concept of IASR which is specifically designed for senior secondary and graduate students. This is a an intermediate level of spoken English programme. Much concentration is given to knowledge argumentation of learners is their own study of discipline. IEST is a must course for senior secondary school, graduate students and fresher to job market.

Evaluation and Certification:

IEST mainly concentrates on spoken aspect of English language among the youngsters. In addition to the spoken part of the course we have designed to develop four important aspects of an active learning process- Reading, Writing, Speaking and listening.

Minimum and Maximum duration of the course is between three months to six months respectively. 60 lessons are covered in 100 hours with 30 assessment tests.

On successfully completion of the course certificate is awarded the candidates who will be highly valued among the employers and educational institutions.
